Narrative:
Cleared for takeoff 15L turn right to 230. Single engine aircraft traffic in the area. We did not see the single engine aircraft until airborne. The RA went off telling us to climb more. I saw the aircraft and told the copilot to climb more as well. The tower said something to the aircraft and he started a left turn. We came about within 400 ft horizontally and 200 ft vertically.
