Narrative:
We were taking off runway 20L at bna assigned 5000' and 180 degree heading. Upon climb the cabin door light came on and the captain immediately started turning left back to the airport. When he rolled out on a heading 090 degree, the departure controller then said to fly heading 030 degree and cleared us back to land. Upon rollout on heading we advised departure of our situation.
