Title: An Air Carrier Captain reported his aircraft RAAS operated normally crossing Runway 28L but failed to alert crossing Runways 1L/R.
Narrative: RAAS operation seemed normal. RAAS did not work crossing Runways 1L and 1R. RAAS operated normally for Runway 28L. We could not find any NOTAMs or reason why RAAS did not work for this runway. We entered this in the report.
