At cruise FL320. Received cpdlc message from pazn to contact anchorage center 132.85. Multiple attempts were made with no success; while passing within 20 miles south [of] cdb. Multiple other aircraft all seemed to have the same difficulty. Contact was maintained with pazn cpdlc at all times.

Title: A B747-400 Captain reported difficulty contacting Anchorage Center when directed by CPDLC message. Reporter noted several other aircraft had the same problem.
Narrative: At cruise FL320. Received CPDLC message from PAZN to contact Anchorage Center 132.85. Multiple attempts were made with no success; while passing within 20 miles south [of] CDB. Multiple other aircraft all seemed to have the same difficulty. Contact was maintained with PAZN CPDLC at all times.
