There are four fairly new towers in the area of north 47 degrees 09' 23'; west 117 degrees 20' 50' that are approximately 3;150 ft MSL and 350 ft AGL. They are lighted and aligned east to west; but the western most tower did not have a light on the top; only half way up. These towers are not charted on the seattle VFR sectional and no reference to them could be found in NOTAMS.
