Narrative:
While replacing fuel nozzles for scheduled change the possibility exists I did not install two nuts on a fuel nozzle on # 1 engine. The aircraft flew for approximately 38-hours and developed a slight seepage of fuel from the nozzle. Maintenance action was to install two each nuts. Company's inspection program is being changed to make this a required buy-back item.

Title: An Inspection Authority (IA) rated Mechanic reports he may not have installed two locking nuts on a Cessna 208 fuel nozzle. Time constraints; distractions and workload saturation were noted as factors.
Narrative: While replacing fuel nozzles for scheduled change the possibility exists I did not install two nuts on a fuel nozzle on # 1 Engine. The aircraft flew for approximately 38-hours and developed a slight seepage of fuel from the nozzle. Maintenance action was to install two each nuts. Company's inspection program is being changed to make this a required Buy-Back Item.
