Narrative:
Small transport X at FL290 southbound, mlt Y was swbnd at FL280 limited data block only. Small transport X requested FL250. Coordinated FL270 with sky king sector. Didn't recoordinate with indy north, and descended small transport X through mlt Y. Didn't see data block on mlt Y till they started flashing too late for evasive action and small transport X was past mlt Y at that time. Supplemental information from acn 101912: an small transport X was southbound and was supposed to be on the arwy. There was a strong west wind that day which was blowing the small transport X well east of course, into another sector's airspace. The small transport X was given a vector back toward the arwy and was pointed out to the other sector. The small transport X was at FL290, but they asked for lower. My manual man coordinated for lower with the receiving sector but not with the sector in whose airspace the small transport X now was. The manual man told me that I could descend to FL270 which I did. Suddenly the small transport X flashed C/a with a military flight at FL280 in the sector which had not been recoordinated with.

Title: MANUAL CTLR FAILED TO COMPLETELY COORDINATE THE DESCENT OF AN SMT AND LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION OCCURRED WITH AN MLT IN ADJACENT CENTER'S AIRSPACE.
Narrative: SMT X AT FL290 SBND, MLT Y WAS SWBND AT FL280 LIMITED DATA BLOCK ONLY. SMT X REQUESTED FL250. COORDINATED FL270 WITH SKY KING SECTOR. DIDN'T RECOORDINATE WITH INDY N, AND DSNDED SMT X THROUGH MLT Y. DIDN'T SEE DATA BLOCK ON MLT Y TILL THEY STARTED FLASHING TOO LATE FOR EVASIVE ACTION AND SMT X WAS PAST MLT Y AT THAT TIME. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 101912: AN SMT X WAS SBND AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE ARWY. THERE WAS A STRONG W WIND THAT DAY WHICH WAS BLOWING THE SMT X WELL E OF COURSE, INTO ANOTHER SECTOR'S AIRSPACE. THE SMT X WAS GIVEN A VECTOR BACK TOWARD THE ARWY AND WAS POINTED OUT TO THE OTHER SECTOR. THE SMT X WAS AT FL290, BUT THEY ASKED FOR LOWER. MY MANUAL MAN COORDINATED FOR LOWER WITH THE RECEIVING SECTOR BUT NOT WITH THE SECTOR IN WHOSE AIRSPACE THE SMT X NOW WAS. THE MANUAL MAN TOLD ME THAT I COULD DSND TO FL270 WHICH I DID. SUDDENLY THE SMT X FLASHED C/A WITH A MIL FLT AT FL280 IN THE SECTOR WHICH HAD NOT BEEN RECOORDINATED WITH.
