Narrative:
Aircraft were opposite direction and hardly flashed at all when in direct conflict. Most of the conflict alert (ca) flashing seemed to be after the aircraft had passed; not before. At around 5 miles; tail to tail; they stopped flashing. Find out why the ca function operates intermittently or too late or not at all in some cases.
