Fim is for post service bulletin (sb) 767-31-0098 aircraft. Fim is missing a block number-10; or the blocks are misnumbered. ETOPS pre-departure check; re-reviewing fim after departure. [Recommend] contacting boeing to determine what is wrong with the fim block numbering or if a block is missing.
