Narrative:
At cruise; we had a cabin altitude warning horn come on. We did the memory items and started our emergency descent. The cabin altitude at the time was about 11;000 feet. We completed the QRH; and diverted to the nearest suitable airport.

Title: A B737-300 flight crew initiated an emergency descent and diverted to a nearby airport when their cabin altitude exceeded 11;000 feet while in cruise at FL370.
