Narrative:
We were filed via the RNLDI1 departure. The 'revised segment' showed the RNLDI1 departure. The 'remarks' showed the capital 8 departure. We queried ATC. They said the capital 8 part was a mistake caused by 'fat fingers.' there is also a NOTAM out for the RNLDI1 departure that basically says to disregard the chart and do whatever ATC tells you to do; which further confuses the situation. How does stuff like this get published? Is anyone in ATC responsible for quality control?
