Narrative:

I was in passenger cabin during a touch and go landing at jax. The captain/new flight instrument had a first officer trnee in the right seat and a first officer trnee on the jump seat observing the training. After a normal feeling landing that may have been slightly long, I did not hear the engines spooling up as would be normal. The power came up late in the roll and we made a normal feeling rotation close to the departure end of runway 25. I discussed with the captain when to bring the power in during landing, and that I thought he waited too long to bring the power in. I asked if we may have hit anything on departure. He was confident we had not and he stated he rotated prior to the end of the runway. We completed 6 or 7 more normal touch and go's, made a full stop and taxied back for a takeoff. The 2 first officer's swapped seats. After a couple of touch and go's with the new first officer in the seat we were advised by the tower that some threshold lights were down on the departure end of 25. The captain again felt we had not hit any lights, the airplane was making normal lndgs, it taxied normally. I observed the gear intransit from the main gear viewing port in the cabin. It appeared normal. I could fully see only the inboard tires. Upon return to atl the #1 main tire showed impact damage but was not deflated.

Title: ACR MLG HIT REIL ON A TOUCH AND GO AT JAX DURING A TRAINING FLT.

Narrative: I WAS IN PAX CABIN DURING A TOUCH AND GO LNDG AT JAX. THE CAPT/NEW FLT INSTR HAD A F/O TRNEE IN THE RIGHT SEAT AND A F/O TRNEE ON THE JUMP SEAT OBSERVING THE TRNING. AFTER A NORMAL FEELING LNDG THAT MAY HAVE BEEN SLIGHTLY LONG, I DID NOT HEAR THE ENGS SPOOLING UP AS WOULD BE NORMAL. THE PWR CAME UP LATE IN THE ROLL AND WE MADE A NORMAL FEELING ROTATION CLOSE TO THE DEP END OF RWY 25. I DISCUSSED WITH THE CAPT WHEN TO BRING THE PWR IN DURING LNDG, AND THAT I THOUGHT HE WAITED TOO LONG TO BRING THE PWR IN. I ASKED IF WE MAY HAVE HIT ANYTHING ON DEP. HE WAS CONFIDENT WE HAD NOT AND HE STATED HE ROTATED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE RWY. WE COMPLETED 6 OR 7 MORE NORMAL TOUCH AND GO'S, MADE A FULL STOP AND TAXIED BACK FOR A TKOF. THE 2 F/O'S SWAPPED SEATS. AFTER A COUPLE OF TOUCH AND GO'S WITH THE NEW F/O IN THE SEAT WE WERE ADVISED BY THE TWR THAT SOME THRESHOLD LIGHTS WERE DOWN ON THE DEP END OF 25. THE CAPT AGAIN FELT WE HAD NOT HIT ANY LIGHTS, THE AIRPLANE WAS MAKING NORMAL LNDGS, IT TAXIED NORMALLY.
