Narrative:

[I] was navigating around the class B airspace near philadelphia near south jersey regional airport when the GPS signal intermittently stopped. When the signal returned the aircraft appeared right on the airspace boundary; however; according to the visual reference; should have been clear of the airspace. This happened again near tangier island; R-6609. The GPS signal stopped operation on both the garmin 430 and garmin 396 and they receive signals independently.
