Narrative:
Our aircraft was cleared for takeoff on runway 8R at sus; traffic issued as opposite direction at 1;700 ft crossing final 3 miles out southwest bound. Turn right heading 150; after departure climbed straight ahead to 1;700 plus ft before commencing turn. During turn received climb RA to miss previous issued traffic which had climbed to 2;300 ft. We climbed to 2;700 ft per the RA and traffic passed 200 ft directly underneath. Copilot called a brief sighting of aircraft during turn but could not maintain visual.
