Upon reaching cruise altitude; I noticed the engine instrument readings for the right engine went blank; egt; N1; N2 appeared normal. Contacted maintenance control and ATC and diverted to the nearest suitable airport.

Title: MD80 First Officer notes loss of engine indications for the right engine after reaching cruise altitude. After consulting with Maintenance Control the flight diverts to a suitable airport.
Narrative: Upon reaching cruise altitude; I noticed the engine instrument readings for the right engine went blank; EGT; N1; N2 appeared normal. Contacted Maintenance Control and ATC and diverted to the nearest suitable airport.
