Narrative:
Ucr filed: frequency 127.7 has been reported daily 10-20 second static bursts on frequency in controller's ear. No available spare frequency, only one on loan to another area. Many times not noted on daily log by supervisor. CA1--traumatic injury (ear) forms not available. No assistance offered by supervisor to controllers for hearing check, etc.
