Narrative:
During the takeoff roll; shortly after rotation; the crew noted a 'baggage door' master warning. The crew ran the QRH which instructed them to shut down the left engine. The crew declared an emergency and returned to land. On the ground the crew determined that the warning was a false indication. During the discrepancy write up; the crew noted that the aircraft had been written up for the same problem numerous times previously.

Title: Flight crew observed a 'Baggage Door' warning after takeoff; secured the left engine as per the QRH and returned to land.
Narrative: During the takeoff roll; shortly after rotation; the crew noted a 'Baggage Door' master warning. The crew ran the QRH which instructed them to shut down the left engine.
