Narrative:
After a night landing rollout on runway 08 we were cleared for a right turn off onto runway 21. We taxied a short distance to a right turn onto echo taxiway and proceeded west. After several clrncs and negated clrncs we were 'cleared to cross all remaining runways.' as we proceeded toward the FBO area on the southwest part of airport and closed toward runway 30/12 the pilot in the left seat looked over his shoulder (about the 7-8 O'clock position), made an exclamation, and firmly applied the brakes. At this time an aircraft rolled by left to right on runway 30. Fortunately we had not entered the runway. Thorough lookout doctrine by left seat prevented a possible collision. It appears there was a communication breakdown between ground and tower control. Nothing was said by either ground or flight crew on frequency. It appeared the incident went unnoticed by ground control.

Title: NEAR MISS ON GND BETWEEN ATX-LTT TAXIING AND GA-SMA ON LNDG ROLLOUT. OPERATIONAL ERROR.
Narrative: AFTER A NIGHT LNDG ROLLOUT ON RWY 08 WE WERE CLRED FOR A RIGHT TURN OFF ONTO RWY 21. WE TAXIED A SHORT DISTANCE TO A RIGHT TURN ONTO ECHO TXWY AND PROCEEDED W. AFTER SEVERAL CLRNCS AND NEGATED CLRNCS WE WERE 'CLRED TO CROSS ALL REMAINING RWYS.' AS WE PROCEEDED TOWARD THE FBO AREA ON THE SW PART OF ARPT AND CLOSED TOWARD RWY 30/12 THE PLT IN THE LEFT SEAT LOOKED OVER HIS SHOULDER (ABOUT THE 7-8 O'CLOCK POS), MADE AN EXCLAMATION, AND FIRMLY APPLIED THE BRAKES. AT THIS TIME AN ACFT ROLLED BY LEFT TO RIGHT ON RWY 30. FORTUNATELY WE HAD NOT ENTERED THE RWY. THOROUGH LOOKOUT DOCTRINE BY LEFT SEAT PREVENTED A POSSIBLE COLLISION. IT APPEARS THERE WAS A COM BREAKDOWN BTWN GND AND TWR CTL. NOTHING WAS SAID BY EITHER GND OR FLT CREW ON FREQ. IT APPEARED THE INCIDENT WENT UNNOTICED BY GND CTL.
