Narrative:

Air carrier X was issued heading and climb on second transmission to avoid traffic over pxv VORTAC. Pointout to pxv controller was not concluded prior to X violating ZID's airspace. Suggestion: stl departures to bna overfly enl to bna. On this routing, the aircraft's protected airspace will violate pxv's airspace, requiring a pointout on all aircraft flying to bna. Either we need to change the routing, or re-align the tri-center boundaries (ZME, ZKC and ZID) to eliminate the need for constant pointouts.

Title: UNCOORDINATED PENETRATION OF AIRSPACE AS ACR WENT FROM ZKC TO ZID AREA WITHOUT RADAR HANDOFF OR COORD. OPERATIONAL DEVIATION.

Narrative: ACR X WAS ISSUED HDG AND CLB ON SECOND XMISSION TO AVOID TFC OVER PXV VORTAC. POINTOUT TO PXV CTLR WAS NOT CONCLUDED PRIOR TO X VIOLATING ZID'S AIRSPACE. SUGGESTION: STL DEPS TO BNA OVERFLY ENL TO BNA. ON THIS ROUTING, THE ACFT'S PROTECTED AIRSPACE WILL VIOLATE PXV'S AIRSPACE, REQUIRING A POINTOUT ON ALL ACFT FLYING TO BNA. EITHER WE NEED TO CHANGE THE ROUTING, OR RE-ALIGN THE TRI-CENTER BOUNDARIES (ZME, ZKC AND ZID) TO ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR CONSTANT POINTOUTS.
