Narrative:
During briefing; the captain informed me that the sabre flight planning system did not calculate the required fuel correctly for the ETOPS airport. Fuel required was showing 49;064 pounds in the ETOPS page. On the flight plan; the ETOPS fuel showing was 47;719 pounds on release number 2. I amended to release 3 prior to departure to add fuel for the three alternate solution.
