Upon selecting 25 flaps for landing; te flaps disagree message and flaps remained at 20. Go-around executed. Checklist accomplished. Emergency declared; normal uneventful landing flown by first officer. Flaps left as is. Written up and debriefed maintenance.

Title: B767-300 Captain experiences a TE flap disagree EICAS message when the flap handle is moved to 25 and elects to go around. QRH is consulted and flight returns for a 20 degree flap landing.
Narrative: Upon selecting 25 flaps for landing; TE flaps disagree message and flaps remained at 20. Go-around executed. Checklist accomplished. Emergency declared; normal uneventful landing flown by First Officer. Flaps left as is. Written up and debriefed Maintenance.
