Narrative:
General weather conditions were marginal VFR. All metars in the area were reporting MVFR conditions. Pvj is my home base and upon return to base I encountered ceilings below 800 ft. AWOS at pvj has reported ceilings as missing for in excess of 2 months I have reported this on several occasions with no corrective actions.
