Narrative:
On monday, 3/89, an infraction of operational procedures occurred at toronto international airport. Due to the deteriorated condition of center and hold line markings on taxiway romeo, a hazardous situation was created when flight taxied onto runway 24L. The markings were not visible to the flight crew, nor were there any lighted signs customary for aerodromes the size of toronto international.

Title: ACR COMMUTER SMT UNAUTH TAXI UNAUTH RWY ENTRY.
Narrative: ON MONDAY, 3/89, AN INFRACTION OF OPERATIONAL PROCS OCCURRED AT TORONTO INTL ARPT. DUE TO THE DETERIORATED CONDITION OF CENTER AND HOLD LINE MARKINGS ON TXWY ROMEO, A HAZARDOUS SITUATION WAS CREATED WHEN FLT TAXIED ONTO RWY 24L. THE MARKINGS WERE NOT VISIBLE TO THE FLT CREW, NOR WERE THERE ANY LIGHTED SIGNS CUSTOMARY FOR AERODROMES THE SIZE OF TORONTO INTL.
