Narrative:
In sept of 1988, salt lake city ARTCC facility advisory board (fab) met and discussed a safety item. Specifically, a voice page telephone line for direct communications with helena and missoula, mt ATC tower's (non-radar approach controls). According to the minutes of that meeting, 'the lines are currently being installed at both hln and mso ATC tower's, expected service date is 11/tue/88.' according to the minutes of the following meeting, 11/mon/88, the 'service is still being installed, and the service date is changed to 'soon''. How soon? It is now march/sun/1989 and fab has closed the item, and we still do not have direct voice communications with these facilities. We at salt lake city ARTCC would appreciate your looking into this matter.
