Narrative:
A computer program designed to reduce fuel loads has caused weight and balance irregularities. Dispatcher had to manually check the performance landing to give to the crew due to this information not being included in the final weight and balance message. Cause; this is an unexplained company program built by non-experienced dispatchers or pilots. The intent is obvious but multiple problems including this are keeping the dispatcher from following flight progress and delaying flight releases. Safety has become a problem.
