Narrative:

Broke out from ILS approach to runway 04 at 650', light rain, wet runway, windshear reported at 300' AGL, trw in area, the east side of airport (and runway 04) was packed with aircraft, as swap was in effect. On rollout, after deploying spoilers, selecting reverse and first officer moving flaps to 25 degree from 30 degree, realized that an air carrier large transport was intruding onto the runway with his tail and left wing tip. Tower asked us if he was intruding a fraction of a second after I saw him. I eased up on the braking so as to have positive steering and moved my aircraft to as far to the left side of the runway as I could. West/O tearing out runway edge lights (T/D was at 142 KTS). If I had not veered to the side of the runway I believe I would have contacted the other aircraft. Airport is too crowded!

Title: ACR LNDG MAJOR CTL ARPT. PLT X SWERVES ACFT TO SIDE OF RWY TO AVOID ACR Y HOLDING NOT CLEAR OF RWY. COM WITH TWR ON ROLLOUT INDICATES THAT TWR IS IN DOUBT OF LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION PRIOR TO AVOIDANCE MANEUVER.

Narrative: BROKE OUT FROM ILS APCH TO RWY 04 AT 650', LIGHT RAIN, WET RWY, WINDSHEAR RPTED AT 300' AGL, TRW IN AREA, THE E SIDE OF ARPT (AND RWY 04) WAS PACKED WITH ACFT, AS SWAP WAS IN EFFECT. ON ROLLOUT, AFTER DEPLOYING SPOILERS, SELECTING REVERSE AND F/O MOVING FLAPS TO 25 DEG FROM 30 DEG, REALIZED THAT AN ACR LGT WAS INTRUDING ONTO THE RWY WITH HIS TAIL AND L WING TIP. TWR ASKED US IF HE WAS INTRUDING A FRACTION OF A SECOND AFTER I SAW HIM. I EASED UP ON THE BRAKING SO AS TO HAVE POSITIVE STEERING AND MOVED MY ACFT TO AS FAR TO THE L SIDE OF THE RWY AS I COULD. W/O TEARING OUT RWY EDGE LIGHTS (T/D WAS AT 142 KTS). IF I HAD NOT VEERED TO THE SIDE OF THE RWY I BELIEVE I WOULD HAVE CONTACTED THE OTHER ACFT. ARPT IS TOO CROWDED!
