Narrative:
During normal takeoff; the center gear primary position light remained red when the gear handle was retracted. Climb out was normal. Speed was initially limited to 250 KTS. The non alert procedure was followed and dispatch contacted. It was decided to continue to destination. An extended final was requested and awarded. Normal landing and roll out was made. After shut down; it was determined that the center gear pin had not been removed. An emergency was not declared.

Title: An MD11 center gear failed to retract on takeoff. The flight continued to destination at reduced speed for a normal landing. Post flight revealed the center gear pin is installed.
