Narrative:
When descending out of FL240 on the seavu 2 arrival to lax; a stabilizer out of trim light illuminated with the autopilot engaged. The QRH was followed and the autopilot was disengaged. There was no movement from the trim system with either one of the yoke trim switches (no electric trim). An emergency was declared; and approach continued with a flaps 15 landing per the QRH to a normal landing.

Title: During approach crew experienced a stabilizer out of trim condition.
Narrative: When descending out of FL240 on the SEAVU 2 arrival to LAX; a STAB OUT OF TRIM light illuminated with the Autopilot engaged. The QRH was followed and the autopilot was disengaged. There was no movement from the trim system with either one of the Yoke trim switches (No Electric trim). An emergency was declared; and approach continued with a flaps 15 landing per the QRH to a normal landing.
