Narrative:
We were flying an airplane that had just been serviced on the ground with 8 quarts of oil. It was serviced to 22 quarts of oil on the ground due to low oil quantity. En route oil quantity steadily decreased to 10 quarts. We were in contact with maintenance control and dispatch; and ATC and decided to divert. We declared an emergency and landed in [the divert airport] without further incident.
