Narrative:
The faom states 'carts should not restrict access to jump seats.' the company's procedure for the primary meal service in our business/first class cabin parks carts in front of 3 jump seats. There are 6 jump seats in that cabin. Four flight attendants work the cabin. If we have turbulence one flight attendant would not have a seat available.
