Narrative:

While working local control west (lcw) a SR22; was conducting a city tour with local control east (lce). Lce advised me that the SR22 had the airbus in sight. Due to his proximity; no traffic call had to be made while clearing the airbus for takeoff. Once the airbus was at the departure end of runway 27; I realized the SR22 had moved closer to the airport; and issued a traffic advisory to the airbus and informed the pilots the SR22 had them in sight and would maintain visual separation from them. No separation was lost. Maybe have more restrictions on the aircraft that are conducting city tour when departing runways 27 or 33L.
