Called danville sector with a hand off and deviation information; they said they couldn't take the hand off until they coordinated with the (G44) eon sector because they share this airspace. (This is a known and on going problem!) this is an unsafe and known problem that needs to be addressed now before there's an accident! It is unsafe.

Narrative: Called Danville Sector with a hand off and deviation information; they said they couldn't take the hand off until they coordinated with the (G44) Eon Sector because they share this airspace.
