The only issue is that the terminal lighting is so bright and aimed outward toward the taxiways that it makes it very difficult to see normal taxiway markings and lighting not to mention it makes it more difficult to see other aircraft moving on the airport.

Title: A B737 Captain reported after exiting EWR Runway 4 and entering Taxiway A the terminal lighting appeared so bright that seeing other aircraft and taxiway markings was difficult.
Narrative: The only issue is that the terminal lighting is so bright and aimed outward toward the taxiways that it makes it very difficult to see normal taxiway markings and lighting not to mention it makes it more difficult to see other aircraft moving on the airport.
