Narrative:
Approximately 300 ft AGL got GPWS alert. Executed a missed approach; during missed approach flaps remained at approximately 27 degrees. We performed flaps-trailing edge disagree checklist per QRH. Landed without further events; emergency was declared.

Title: B737 Captain reported trailing edge flaps would not retract beyond 27 degrees during missed approach. Crew ran the QRH; declared an emergency; and landed normally.
Narrative: Approximately 300 FT AGL got GPWS alert. Executed a missed approach; during missed approach flaps remained at approximately 27 degrees. We performed Flaps-Trailing Edge Disagree checklist per QRH. Landed without further events; emergency was declared.
