Narrative:
During external load operation pilot was lowering a piece of equipment from roof onto flatbed truck in parking lot. During final moments of the set the equipment swung away from ground crew personnel and struck rear bumper of car parked nearby causing minor damage to the right rear of car. The flatbed truck should have been moved away from the parked car.

Title: EXTERNAL LOAD HANGING FROM HELICOPTER BEING LOADED ON FLATBED TRUCK SWUNG AWRY AND HIT AUTO.
Narrative: DURING EXTERNAL LOAD OPERATION PLT WAS LOWERING A PIECE OF EQUIP FROM ROOF ONTO FLATBED TRUCK IN PARKING LOT. DURING FINAL MOMENTS OF THE SET THE EQUIP SWUNG AWAY FROM GND CREW PERSONNEL AND STRUCK REAR BUMPER OF CAR PARKED NEARBY CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT REAR OF CAR. THE FLATBED TRUCK SHOULD HAVE BEEN MOVED AWAY FROM THE PARKED CAR.
