Narrative:
Had been cleared by tower for touch and go on runway 29L. Was turning base to final when tower came on air and hurriedly asked if I saw the light transport. I looked quickly below me and saw light transport at a low high speed pass below and answered, 'yes, I see the light transport.' neither I nor instrument had heard mention of light transport before this time. Instrument took controls momentarily to slow my descent. Light transport made a low pass or touch and go and lifted off again immediately. Instrument returned my controls and I continued my landing (a touch and go). When I lifted off again tower came on and advised me to extend my upwind to stay clear of light transport which I complied with. Had trouble keeping contact with tower or getting answered due to others keying mics and cutting off transmission. Called later and talked to tower supervisor to find out what had happened. This supervisor was not on at this time and he advised he would check and call me back later. 'Tus' tower is a training facility for controllers.'

Title: WHILE CONDUCTING TOUCH AND GO LNDGS WITH CLRNC, REPORTER ACFT HAD A NMAC WITH ANOTHER ACFT APPARENTLY ALSO CONDUCTING TOUCH AND GO LNDGS ALSO WITH ATC CLRNC.
Narrative: HAD BEEN CLRED BY TWR FOR TOUCH AND GO ON RWY 29L. WAS TURNING BASE TO FINAL WHEN TWR CAME ON AIR AND HURRIEDLY ASKED IF I SAW THE LTT. I LOOKED QUICKLY BELOW ME AND SAW LTT AT A LOW HIGH SPD PASS BELOW AND ANSWERED, 'YES, I SEE THE LTT.' NEITHER I NOR INSTR HAD HEARD MENTION OF LTT BEFORE THIS TIME. INSTR TOOK CONTROLS MOMENTARILY TO SLOW MY DSCNT. LTT MADE A LOW PASS OR TOUCH AND GO AND LIFTED OFF AGAIN IMMEDIATELY. INSTR RETURNED MY CONTROLS AND I CONTINUED MY LNDG (A TOUCH AND GO). WHEN I LIFTED OFF AGAIN TWR CAME ON AND ADVISED ME TO EXTEND MY UPWIND TO STAY CLR OF LTT WHICH I COMPLIED WITH. HAD TROUBLE KEEPING CONTACT WITH TWR OR GETTING ANSWERED DUE TO OTHERS KEYING MICS AND CUTTING OFF XMISSION. CALLED LATER AND TALKED TO TWR SUPVR TO FIND OUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THIS SUPVR WAS NOT ON AT THIS TIME AND HE ADVISED HE WOULD CHK AND CALL ME BACK LATER. 'TUS' TWR IS A TRNING FAC FOR CTLRS.'
