A military mlt flight was descended and vectored for intrail spacing. Vertical separation did not exist before the flight path of the mlt crossed the flight path of the air carrier.

Narrative: A MIL MLT FLT WAS DESCENDED AND VECTORED FOR INTRAIL SPACING. VERTICAL SEPARATION DID NOT EXIST BEFORE THE FLT PATH OF THE MLT CROSSED THE FLT PATH OF THE ACR.
