Narrative:

Cruising at FL350; the cabin altitude warning horn sounded and the red; cabin pressurization light illuminated. We donned our oxygen masks and established communication. Got into the QRH checklist and began an emergency descent to 10;000 feet. All other systems were operating normally (i.e. Bleeds and packs); and no auto-fail of the analog pressurization panel. Diverted to a nearby airport based on fuel status; location; and weather.
