Narrative:

The helicopter I was flying was 26 mi from pease AFB. I called approach control and the controller told me I could go over the top at 2500 or circle navigation. I asked for a special VFR and drop to 300' along the coast line. The controller cleared me to the coast line at or below 300'. When reaching the control zone the controller told me to start 180 degree turn which is out to sea. I asked to go to 100' or 50' and the approach controller said not to enter. So I turned to 180 degree and then flew 8 mi from airport to clear, then the approach controller controller called me back to say I was in their airspace. To correct this type of situation would be to have the approach controller not to clear you in, then take it away after you are already on top of the control zone. There should be more common sense on the controller's part and there was no aircraft at all in the zone.

Title: ACFT PENETRATED COT ZONE AFTER BEING ADVISED TO REMAIN OUTSIDE OF AREA.

Narrative: THE HELI I WAS FLYING WAS 26 MI FROM PEASE AFB. I CALLED APCH CTL AND THE CTLR TOLD ME I COULD GO OVER THE TOP AT 2500 OR CIRCLE NAV. I ASKED FOR A SPECIAL VFR AND DROP TO 300' ALONG THE COAST LINE. THE CTLR CLRED ME TO THE COAST LINE AT OR BELOW 300'. WHEN REACHING THE CTL ZONE THE CTLR TOLD ME TO START 180 DEG TURN WHICH IS OUT TO SEA. I ASKED TO GO TO 100' OR 50' AND THE APCH CTLR SAID NOT TO ENTER. SO I TURNED TO 180 DEG AND THEN FLEW 8 MI FROM ARPT TO CLEAR, THEN THE APCH CTLR CTLR CALLED ME BACK TO SAY I WAS IN THEIR AIRSPACE. TO CORRECT THIS TYPE OF SITUATION WOULD BE TO HAVE THE APCH CTLR NOT TO CLEAR YOU IN, THEN TAKE IT AWAY AFTER YOU ARE ALREADY ON TOP OF THE CTL ZONE. THERE SHOULD BE MORE COMMON SENSE ON THE CTLR'S PART AND THERE WAS NO ACFT AT ALL IN THE ZONE.
