Narrative:
An SR22 climbing off frg called for advisories. He was climbing directly into an A380 that he did not see. Jfk final is forced to descend all arrival aircraft below the class B when we are landing 22's. The airspace is not designed for VFR operations. Lower the floor of the class B; or give us up to 4;000 in the belmont area.

Narrative: An SR22 climbing off FRG called for advisories. He was climbing directly into an A380 that he did not see. JFK final is forced to descend all arrival aircraft below the Class B when we are landing 22's. The airspace is not designed for VFR operations.
