Commercial chart (us) hi (jun/thu/89) #7 on J-18 between stj and sln. The left edge of the chart shows sln as 117.1 (correct new frequency) and on the J-18 segment 1/2 inch away, it shows sln as 115.3 (old frequency). Needs to both show 117.1.

Narrative: COMMERCIAL CHART (US) HI (JUN/THU/89) #7 ON J-18 BETWEEN STJ AND SLN. THE LEFT EDGE OF THE CHART SHOWS SLN AS 117.1 (CORRECT NEW FREQ) AND ON THE J-18 SEGMENT 1/2 INCH AWAY, IT SHOWS SLN AS 115.3 (OLD FREQ). NEEDS TO BOTH SHOW 117.1.
