Narrative:
I preflted the aircraft and flew VFR to portland, me. I arrived at portland, me without any problems and parked the aircraft at service company a. Two FAA inspectors walked over and ramped the aircraft and myself. I told them I was the pilot flying and gave them my certificate for inspection. I had a flight to take out so I then left. The FAA has not indicated there was a problem. I later learned that the FAA inspected the aircraft and found several maintenance problems with the aircraft. I have not seen anything in writing but it is my understanding that the inspectors found some screws and rivets missing on the airframe, tires appeared to be worn and the brakes appeared to be worn, other items were also noted. I did not see these items on preflight, however, I believe the FAA is going to pursue violations that the aircraft was not airworthy. I expect to be hearing from the FAA soon.
