Minimum spacing takeoff behind company aircraft; they were assigned a heading and we were assigned the bbkng RNAV. Encountered wake turbulence and airspeed fluctuated above and below 250 KTS while below 10;000 ft. Took immediate corrective action; ATC turned us to a heading of 180.
