Narrative:
Cruising at FL410; sudden sound of air and loss of pressurization. Called center to declare an emergency and given FL210. Told them I would need emergency descent. All seemed carried out without problem. (I had immediately followed the well trained drills of emergency descent.) requested and given altitude of 10;000 ft to complete flight without problem.
