Narrative:
In cruise flight at FL350; we heard a loud thump/bang from the rear of the cabin. At this point we had a rapid decompression (2000 fpm plus). Proper checklists were followed to include an emergency descent. Passenger masks were manually deployed. Diverted to ZZZZ and had an overweight landing of 23;700 lbs. No damage was noted to exterior of aircraft upon landing.

Title: HS125 flight crew experiences a loud thump from the rear of the cabin and a sudden loss of cabin pressurization. An emergency descent is initiated and the flight diverts to a suitable airport.
