Narrative:
Well flown ILS approach by copilot who was receiving an en route check by check pilot who was occupying the cockpit jumpseat. Touchdown on runway 07 was firm. After passenger had deplaned 2 F/a's who had been on aft jumpseat during landing complained that 'that landing hurt, our backs are stiff and sore'. Although neither the cockpit crew nor check pilot felt the landing was other than firm, based soley on the F/a's complaints, I had the aircraft inspected for a hard landing. This was done as a precaution prior to the aircraft's next scheduled flight. Aircraft inspected and dispatched approximately 2 hours later.
