Narrative:

ILS 15R (bwi) glide slope out of service. Cleared for localizer approach at 2500 MSL. At fnd (ellicott), (according to captain), began descent and was visual contact with runway at 2300' MSL and continued down to 2000' MSL at which time ATC issued 'low altitude warning'. Was always in position for normal landing and was visual with runway. Factors affecting the quality of human performance: carried out flight duties while suffering from a bronchial infection, and bad cough. Because of our company policy of not getting paid for sick time, combined with not wanting to take time off because of being a new employee, I chose to go to work that day.
