Narrative:

Radar discontinued for small aircraft X radar service 5 mi southwest of ocean isle airport. Reported crosswind 1000' on CTAF 122.9 south end of runway, landed without incident to my knowledge. While tying down of my aircraft, another pilot came over to me and said I almost landed on top of small aircraft Y. (I never saw him in pattern or anywhere else.)

Narrative: RADAR DISCONTINUED FOR SMA X RADAR SERVICE 5 MI SW OF OCEAN ISLE ARPT. REPORTED XWIND 1000' ON CTAF 122.9 S END OF RWY, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT TO MY KNOWLEDGE. WHILE TYING DOWN OF MY ACFT, ANOTHER PLT CAME OVER TO ME AND SAID I ALMOST LANDED ON TOP OF SMA Y. (I NEVER SAW HIM IN PATTERN OR ANYWHERE ELSE.)
