Narrative:
While flying sebnd at 4000', in mdt X, radar vectored by nassau approach, an small transport Y aircraft came within 1/4 mi at the aircraft we were flying. We had just come out of the clouds IMC when the captain pointed out the aircraft at about our 10:30 position on a flight path to the northwest.
