Narrative:
Landed at atlanta georgia peachtree dekalb airport from orange beach alabama for fuel. Went to eat and told line boy and FBO service lady to top off fuel. Came back, took off 1 1/2 hours later. Was flying about 40 minutes. Both engines quit, landed on highway. No trouble landing. No damage. Got fuel, took off 1 hour later. Line service did not fuel aircraft. My fault, I did not check fuel.
